What about accommodation?
Accommodation details for Tokyo and Day 2 will be provided in advance. Please make your own reservations.
From Day 3 onward, we will determine where to stay as the tour progresses, considering the latest weather forecast and other conditions. To ensure a smooth tour experience, we recommend staying at the hotels we suggest. However, the final decision is up to you, and we will consider your budget and preferences when recommending accommodations. Booking your accommodation is quick and easy using platforms like Booking.com.
We kindly ask you to remain flexible with your schedule during these eight days.
The hotels we recommend are conveniently located near restaurants and local attractions, ensuring a comfortable stay. Depending on the location, you can choose between a traditional Japanese inn (ryokan) and a Western-style hotel. In regional cities, a comfortable hotel typically costs around 20,000 yen per night.

What if my schedule doesn't fit?
If your schedule doesn’t fit our standard tour dates, please let us know! We may be able to suggest alternative dates or a customized tour option that works better for you. If you have a specific time frame in mind, we can discuss possible arrangements.
Feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to explore options with you.
Will I have to carry my luggage on tour?
You never have to carry your luggage on our group tour. Your luggage is transported by a support van to your next destination and will be ready for you at the hotel upon arrival.
The support van follows the group along the route and makes regular stops. If you need access to something in your luggage during the ride, let the guide know, and we will do our best to assist you.

How challenging is the cycling route?
Our tour is designed for cyclists of all levels, including beginners. We use e-bikes (electric-assist bicycles), which make the ride easier and more enjoyable.
Each day, we cycle between 40 km and 70 km , with some elevation gain. We ride at a comfortable pace, and our support van is always available if you need a break.
If you are unsure about your ability, feel free to contact us! We’re happy to discuss whether this tour is right for you.
Do I need to bring my own bike?
No, you do not need to bring your own bike, as we provide everything you need for a comfortable ride.
We offer high-quality e-bikes (electric-assist bicycles) for all participants, making the ride more enjoyable and accessible to different fitness levels.
Our e-bikes are well-maintained and designed for comfort and efficiency, making long-distance touring enjoyable.
What if it rains during the tour?
We monitor the weather forecast closely and adjust our plans as needed. If it’s light rain, we will continue riding as planned, so we recommend bringing a waterproof jacket.
However, if the weather conditions become unsafe, we may modify the route, take breaks, or use the support van to ensure everyone’s safety.
Your safety and comfort are our top priorities, and we will always make decisions based on the best available information.
