How do I sign up for the tour?

Please send us a message with your desired tour start date and the number of people. The client must submit the reservation form together with the necessary deposit, which is 10% of the trip price. Your reservation is confirmed upon our receipt of your deposit. Balances are due 31 days before departure.

What about accommodation?

Accommodations in Tokyo and Day 2 will be advised in advance. Please make your reservations.　Accommodations from Day 3 will be advised after the tour has begun. We decide where to stay according to the latest weather forecast. Please keep your schedule open for the eight days. We will introduce you to reasonably priced, comfortable hotels. In local cities, you can stay in a good hotel for about 20,000 yen per night.

What if my schedule doesn't fit?

Please feel free to contact us. We can change the tour schedule to accommodate your requests or even change the tour to a private tour.

Will I have to carry my luggage on tour?

You never have to carry your luggage on our group tour. Your luggage is transported by a support van to your next destination. Your luggage will be waiting in the hotel when you arrive at the end of your ride.
